Clients are responsible for providing all required content, images, branding materials, approvals, and other information necessary to complete the project.
Delays in providing required information may result in project timeline extensions.
Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.
Advance payments are generally required before project commencement.
Remaining payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Late payments may delay project delivery.
Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project proposal.
Requests that fall outside the original project scope may require additional charges and revised timelines.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Mohit Marketer retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Communicate feedback clearly.
Ensure they own or have permission to use any materials supplied to us.
You agree not to:

Clients may cancel a project before work begins.
Once work has commenced, payments made are generally non-refundable due to the time and resources invested.

All client information, project details, and business data shared during the project will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent unless required by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.
